well after he is settled into your house- i woudl change his food. Both Eukanuba and caesars is not good food and could cause health issues later on. If you are interested in finding a really great food try any of the follwoing:
Orijen, Natural Balance, Wellness, Halo. All of these foods are made with whole ingredients and do not contain bi-products which is REALLY improtant.
Yorkie puppies tend to be picky eaters! Can you find a 100% natural apple sauce or maybe some organic yogurt/cottage cheese and mix his food up with that? All of those things are good for him anyways and might entice him to eat. you could even crush his food up and mix it in so he can't spit out the kibble
