NIght time crate training can be tough but i'm so glad i stuck with it! Make sure there is only enough room for him to lay down- any extra room will give him a place to pee and then another spot to lay down. Dogs won't pee if they have to lay in it so he will cry to wake you up. We used towels and stuffed them in the back of the crate. Make sure you take him out when there is a break in his crying- he needs to cry to wake you but needs to know that crying is NOT what is going to get him out- otherwise he'll just cry all night thinking you are going to let him out. Try to have a treat with you so you can reward him when he pees/poops and then put him right back in his crate

thank you so much, when did you start using the crate at night for your little one. how old is too young to start this?
