Default Picky Yorkie Eater? How can I get him to eat more?

I've had my Romeo for a little over a week now. He was on Eukaneuba as that was what the breeder had him eating (with water to soften the kibbles)

He ate that for about 2 days and now he doesn't even look at his Kibbles. I switched it up by adding Cesars wet food. He would pick out the wet food and leave the kibbles behind. Cesars lasted 2 days as well.

Now I am throwing kibbles around on the floor and he would fetch it. He takes about 10 kibbles per playtime/feeding and I will only do this 2 times a day. I thought he was supposed to eat 3-4 times a day?

There is always food on the ground and I am hoping he would eat when I am not looking, but it's not happening. What can I do to get him to eat regularly? He had a case of hypolglycemia and was rushed to ER. My vet did not tell me about Nutri-Cal and I went out and bought a tube shortly after lurking on this forum. I also have sugar in his water so that his glucose is not low again.
