Seems to me like there needs to be new thread started about white dogs or white and piebald genes.
I thought this thread was about Partis, Not fortune telling on if or when a dog will be born blind or deaf. And now they are discussing horses??? Geeeesh there are blind and deaf dogs born in every breed, even cats and horses.
