What a tramatic experience ! The police needed to be called too. A report would have been filed and then A follow up. the dogs who attacked were not secure and posed a danger to anyone as well as animals walking by. The owners are the ones resonsible for this incident.
I hope everyone is ok and the dog with the wounds has been treated by your vet. I am very sorry.
