| my mom's new yorkie
Last weekend my mom bought teddy for $900. He is supposed to be pure bred, akc, has papers. I asked about his ears because they are kind of big and hang down. They don't stand up like other yorkies I have seen. Earlier I was in a website and they said the ears should never hang down, and this would cause alot of ear infections. His eyes run some of the time and I was told that yorkies and poodles do this. The breeder said she could not get his ears to stand up. Is this a problem? I feel so bad because I fell in love with his sweet personality and feel responsible for my mom's getting this dog. I'm afraid that he may end up being unhealthy and end up costing her a bunch of money that she doesn't have. I'm so confused. Teddy is so sweet and cute, even with his big ears. If anyone can give me any info on this I sure would appreciate it. Thank you. |
