Default How to shut down a vet practice?

It is a very long story(that I will share if you want), but we have a vet practice "chain" in TN that I used for my kitten's care. My kitten died during his neuter and something about the process didn't sit right with me and I looked at its discharge papers and I noticed some of the stuff had been altered. I ended up just doing a general question in my area about the place and I was flooded with emails about how dogs and kittens had died from simple procedures or had their procedures dropped.

I was angry and I completely blamed myself for killing my kitten since I should have checked them out more thoroughly in the first place. I was thinking that maybe it was a coincidence, but I keep seeing reports that are either identical to mine or just cases of complete incompetence. There are also ppl who use to work there who confirm that the technicians who are allowed to administer anesthesia, monitor heart rates, perform dentals, and neutering procedures are not licensed because they aren't required to by Value Vet.

I know that pets die, but there can't be all these coincidences right? I have already filed a complaint with my state, but what other steps should I take about getting all the other pet owners together?
