Hello.
Kingcreek Kennels in Sunridge, Ontario, is a disaster.
We received a Fungus infected puppy. Our four children picked it up.
Our Vet., with no vested interest, instructed us to return the dog ASAP, as our children will likely contract the fungus.
(Can last 10 months.)
We returned the dog, and wanted a refund and a deposit on a 2nd puppy. They have refused.
The Kennel was a small house, where over 30 dogs lived with their breeders.
We are new to having a dog, and did not realize that this was unhealthy.
How do you follow up on complaints?
We were innocent and this is our first dog experience.
