Default Carrots

Do not give her extra fibers like metamucil, if she does not take in extra water it will make matters worse, just like in humans.
It is fairly common to have yorkies with hard poop... give her baby carrots, raw, they love to chew on it, as long as she does not have any diarreia from it there is no limit you can give, but it looses it a lot, start with one baby carrot, cold from the fridge a day. Usually any dog loves it. Then see what happens and if it enough to regulate her, you may only need to give it once or 2 times a week. Then you can safelly send her home saying that she needs the extra fiber from her baby carrot to keep her regular. I only had one boy i got for my breeding that was like that and i got this advice from his breeder, it worked like magic and he is now regular and eats his dry food only and i never had a problem with him anymore.. he still loves the baby carrots, we give it as frozen treats on hot summer days, but only sparingly as it can really loose thir stools...
Good luck!!!
