Default why dont you try calling your vet?

A nice vet will talk to you on the fone, i would at least try... call them and if he is not available explain the problem and tell them that BEFORE you bring your yorkie in you want to speak with your vet.
My father had a broken vessel on the eye after vomiting once, and the violent vomiting was the cause, it resolved on its own.
It makes sense to think that the vomiting can be the cause, if it is nothing serious your vet should tell you over the fone not to worry about it...
My vet always returns these types of calls, not only for me but for diferent clients that i happen to know ...

Good luck and i hope you find the answer......
