My dogs will go outside OR will go on a peepad inside. We love having the peepads especially when traveling and staying at a hotel. We are able to put the pad on the tile floor in the bathroom and the dogs have no problem going on it.
It is much safer than trying to take them outside (especially if we are in a hotel located by busy traffic). There are advantages to both.
