Since its a "pet" expo, people act like they can just walk up to anyone's dog and touch them without asking
. Last year I had my boys in a cart, random people would touch them when I walked by, which I found very annoying since Harley was uncomfortable as it is. It was crowded, the vendors were stingy on the food samples, the merchandise and prices were the same that you could get in stores or online.
