I would use a fine toothed flea comb and comb him. Have a small disposable container with alcohol to drop the fleas in. Comb through his hair several times a day. Treat your home for fleas.....
If you are going to give him a bath, please be very careful and don't let him get chilled. A cold tiny pups is a recipe for disaster. |
