I am worried, I cant spend the normal amount of time with him and he is with my mom all the time. I worrie because I dont want to loose the bond ive formed with Jasper. Do you think he is just realizing that I am in pain and therefore doesnt want to hurt me by staying with me? Or could there be a more serious problem??? HALP! |
It's been my experience that most dogs hover their owners when they are in distress and I think we all will agree Jasper knows something is not "right" with you but of course he doesn't understand what. Maybe he is just distressed himself to see you "sick" and out of your normal behavior and can't stand it. I'm sure as you recover, he will be back to normal himself. He probably is asking for reassurance from your Mom that all is OK. This is just a guess. I've gone thru tooth extractions myself and they are tough I thought I would never stop bleeding. Good luck to both of you let us hear how it goes.
