tilly my youngest yorkie who is 3 years old, has started to soil in the house non stop, we are talking number 1 and number 2's all the time even with a pee matt down she avoids it and does it on the carpet instead. I am not sure what to do but its a major problem, should i be punishing her pleeeeease help.
