 nursing puppy
My Sis in laws daschund is currently in labor. the first puppy was born about 30 minutes ago, but the placenta didnt come completely out till about 15 minutes ago.
this first puppy has not yet latched on to nurse. her mommy jsut keeps cleaning her and cleaning her, and the pup hasnt been able to latch on to nurse yet. she noses around but just passes by the nipples.
any advice on getting her to nurse?
