That is not true that you cannot foster if there are children or animals! PM me if you want information regarding fostering.
Rescues do have certain procedures and you normally have to complete an application and have a vet check, reference checks and a home visit with most rescues. Everything is weighed carefully...there is no blanket no to anything.
