Kristy, he's beautiful. Both of my children had teeth that came in late. I've heard that the earlier they come in, they may not be very secure. Some babies have even been born with teeth already in their mouths. I've heard that they had to have these teeth removed. 3 months seem pretty young but maybe he just has the itchy gums and not actual teeth protruding.
