I had a male fixed yorkie at 2 yrs old we got a new female baby. He didn't eat for days, he always got as far away from her as he could, he didn't like her. He was jealous! He never snapped at her, I think he just tolerated her.
After a year, he lets her sleep in his bed with him & shares his toys with her. She's Miss busybody & he's Mr. Laid back hunk. You have to have patience when intoducing another one in the pack. They might react negative to begin with & get better with time.
