....would I like a 10 yr old pick up my dog by the neck (scruff or whatever) and then react offended if I'd told her, not to do it. If any dog bites a child as a result of rough handling who do you think will get blamed? Kids need to follow a grown-ups instruction when it comes to animals. especially when they're not even their own! You have every right to be concerned.
