Thanks for all of your suggestions. I should have stated in my previous post that I want to find a baby girl within a reasonable area as I wish to drive to meet her before adopting. We live in N. Texas (north of Dallas) and are open to going to Southern OK, Southwestern LA as far south as San Antonio/ Corpus...you get the idea.
