As for the suggestion that she fly out so that she can keep the new furbaby with her in the cabin. Very few airlines allow this now and those that do require the puppy to have all it's shots, which an 8 week old would not have. Also the fee for carrying on a puppy now is averaging $150.... not a fee I'm ready to pay...
