With this market and that scumbag Madoff not even the filthy rich are filthy rich anymore. Can we just ponder something..how come people that are filthy rich that can afford a million kids don't have that many?
Maybe a military wife on here will chime in and tell us how well (ballpark) that their spouse or they themselves are paid. I wonder if a military salary can handle that size of a household.
