Oh wow...Gucci's brother use to do that. But he only did it when I came around. His original owners couldn't train him so she kept him tied up in the house
I couldn't stand this so I took him from her to train him. It took me a while but with patience and dedication I manage to train him to go on the wee wee pad. I convince his owner to give him away or sell him as she was expecting and didn't think she could take care of him anymore. A loving gay couple bought him and when ever I'd go to visit and check up on him he'd get so excited he'd pee of excitement. I wish I had keep him... :'(
