My problem with them is that they have to buddy up and the older children take care of the younger ones. I think when you need the other children to care for the younger ones then you have too many. I understand that kids need chores and responsiblity but rearing their siblings is a bit much. That is the parents job so when you need to set up buddy systems to get things done then you need to reexamine what exactly your doing.
