no your not an idiot or irresponsible........the post you made was very sensible in my book.
we don't have an emergency vet clinic in our area either, but i do think we can call our vet after hours.......not sure because i'm in a very small town. your right Ashley about what you said.
some people don't recognize an emergency and they come on here for help. and when you say go to the Vet........then they should do it.
