Exactly. They don't discipline their dog. They didn't train him properly as a puppy. She said, "We did'nt crate train him because he cries". Well DUH, they ALL cry. It's called TRAINING. They backed out and let the dog do as it pleases because they don't like training him. I told them last night they should really take him to obedience school or something. A small price to get the dog behaving properly.
