Just seeing this, I hope your girl is doing better today. A little can pumpkin can help with either constipation and diaherra(sp?). Just be sure it's the pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling.
If she's still having problems pottying today, though, I'd make an appointment with your vet to have her looked at. Blockage is nothing you want to let go too long, as I'm sure you are aware of.
