I am so sorry you had to go through this and hope your babies are all doing well now and that animal control can do something to help you. Keep us posted on the outcome.
It gets me so-o-o-o-o upset when dog owners are dreadfully negligent and irresponsible.
I've had a few close calls and am always fearful of something like this happening.
