When I put Chloe in her pen at night she will cry and bark and jump up and down and up and down and up and...well , you get the idea
But I just ignore her and she usually quiets down after a couple minutes and goes to sleep.
During the day she will do it but it takes longer for her to stop. I say "quiet" and she will stop eventually ( maybe 10-15 minutes or so) It's like at night she thinks , "well , she wont come get me out so I may as well go to sleep." ...but during the day she thinks she still has a shot
I think you have to let them cry at times , it's the only way to get anything done !
