Hi! I'm new to YT and decided to take the advice of the banner above and post a hello note in the General Discusson Forum.
My childhood dog was a miniture poodle. We had to put him down two weeks before Christmas in 07' and it was truly devastating. He was 18yrs old. I decided against another poodle because I know that no other puppy could possibly live up to Sam. He was the BEST!
I am currently looking to purchase my first Yorkie puppy. I have thoroughly done my research (which also brough me here) and I think we'd make a great fit. I definitely want a little boy and already have my name picked out

I'm not looking to purchase until April or May. I think nicer weather will make potty training much easier. I want to raise my puppy, so I'm looking for an 8-10weeker.
That's about it. Just a quick hi! And thanks to all those at YT who post such informative information. I am having a ton of fun just looking around!
