You can go to ebay and look at the hundreds of unlock codes available. They usually have unlock codes for any new phone that has come out the last couple years. And sometimes, if you do a deep search on yahoo/google you can get the codes for free.

That way, you can probably use any phone that you have already or avoid one that people are upping the cost on because it's already unlocked.
