She sure is! There is one VERY FIRM rule though. My daughter is not allowed to pick up the puppy and carry her. She can NOT sit on the couch, chair or bed to hold her. She
HAS to sit in the floor in order to hold her. No exceptions - only the floor. It's working great so far. That way there are no slips and our baby won't get hurt.
Now my daughter runs it, plops on the floor and says "Can I hold her?" It's really cute!
