The standard for a biewer is the same as a yorkie. 4 - 7 pounds...some clubs go up to 8 pounds.
I'll argue with Breezeway too.
Personally I think there is a difference in temperament. They are not as hyper as my yorkies...and really just gentler. It is difficult to put your finger on...but they're different and in a way I wouldn't say was just the personality of the dog.
