For pooping and peeing diapers would be better, bellybands just go around the middle so have no effect on pooping. I'm not sure if female owners use belly bands during the time of heat, I do know lots of them say they use panties. If she's really young, and hasn't been trained yet, it's probably not a good idea to let her run wild at other people's homes. They can get into trouble so easily, whether chewing on something dangerous, or eating something poisonous, and they tend to run under people feet, so being stepped on is another very real problem. Many of us take pee pads to other's homes, and this can help train them.
