Sounds to me like they are fighting for dominance. You said they are 10 weeks and you have had them for two weeks... So you got them at 8 weeks, right? I think they might have missed out on some important lessons from mom. So you need to be mom. When they start fighting, you need to step in and be the dominant one. I heard of people (this may sound mean, but it works) pinning the puppy on its back to put them in a submissive position. Or grab their muzzle (sp) and growl and say NO! Hold them until they clam down. I understand it will be hard because theirs two of them and one of you, but hang in there.
