Maybe they're trying to prove who's the dominate one...I know other dogs do that,if they are introduced to each other at different times. Two dogs that are siblings arriving at the same time??? Maybe it's just sibling rivalry. They're young. Maybe when they behave that way,separate and crate them separately. Harley and Aiden are two different breeds. I had Aiden (Yorkie)about 2 mo before Harley (Peekapoo)arrived.There was alot of jealousy at first. Now they are best buds and they play fine now,but if one is lying next to one of us or doing something with one of us ,and the other approaches..it's on !! They respond very aggressively towards each other sometimes. It's almost like a competition for attention. They each think "they are the one and only". It's normal,but can be stressful.
