For ibd, I'd get him on a probiotic, digestive enzymes, and some fiber. Do you have Benefiber there? It is tasteless and you only need to give a tiny dose for small dogs.
A fish-based diet can be of tremendous help to a dog w/ ibd - it is considered the most hypo-allergenic protein for dogs, in general. A homecooked fish diet would truly let the intestines rest and enable them to heal while you're giving supplements and meds. Did the vet talk about a homecooked diet? Or are you more comfortable w/ dry food?

I found the drug online even without prescription, but the pills are the same size 500mg.And the other big problem is our Location. I’m going to ask petmeds (com, co.uk. ) if they ship to Bulgaria and if a Bulgarian prescription will do. Benefiber I can buy from amazon.co.uk.
I have a probiotic at home and it contains just enterococcus faecium.
For the food: She thinks is better if he is on prescription diet for at least 2 months(she is not very good at nutrition), and because the experience was so scary( I still want the time to stop at 7-8 pm every night) I’m afraid to switch him even to dry.
