It will guarantee they are miller dumping their dogs! lcornel and I have been trying to find a rescue in that area to take them but the shelter is being cooperative. This is so sad and if they do not get out of there they will DIE!!!!!
I'm sitting her in tears knowing there is nothing I can do to help save them.
