Rocky sleeps in his crate just outside out bedroom door. He slept in our room his crate for the first maybe 6 weeks then we moved him outside the door. Tried to move his crate into the livingroom but he just whined, he wanted to be near us!
Hubby won't have dogs on the bed and even tho Rocky is fully housetrained, I like him being in his crate at night cause I know where he is and he's happy and safe.
Last night I got up to get something and he was lying right out on his back, head back and paws up in the air - he's obviously comfortable!
In the daytime we tried a bigger crate downstairs but he hated it so he has a little bed at the bottom of the stairs near the front door and he loves it there! |
