our mikey and gracie sleep with me and at frist i thougt the same thing that i would roll on them but they move if i move and they are both small just over 2lbs and mikey is just 3lbs .i did the crate on the bed till they were potty trained and then once i could start trusting them i started opening the crate and now well they rule the bed . it will all work out in whta ever you decide to do
