Miko never really whines, but when we go to my mother-in-law's house, he whines constantly there because he's out of his comfort zone and he's not allowed outside without a leash because he loves to run out of their private gate. I hate hearing him do that, so I try to keep him busy...Also, if my husband or I go outside and leave him inside, he whines too. At our house though, he never cries!
