I received the following e-mail today and wanted to post it in case of any you are interested or know anyone who might be interested in taking any of these dogs in.:

52 Animals being removed as we speak



I just received a phone call from Sherry Smith in Burleson County. An individual contacted them last night regarding animals left at a mobile home by the owner who has had a stroke and is paralized. The owner's sister is relenquising ownership of the following animals and are to be removed from the property.



IF you know of someone who is interested in accepting new pets, please have them contact Sherry Smith at 979-777-4837 to make arrangements to pick them up.



This list is what Sherry says they have:



4 Chihuahuas (inside the home)

8 Boxers

2 Poodles

9 Boston Terriers

13 Chihuahuas

2 Shih Tzu



2 Boston Terrier Mixes

3 Shih Tzu Mixes

2 Mixed breed dogs

2 Guinea Pigs

2 Goats

1 Duck
