Thank you everyone for all your wonderful and caring suggestions. Very heartwarming to hear. I'm a new yorkie owner. "Cragar" is better today??? Strange. I thought it was a sore throat. Could have possibly been food stuck?? I don't know. I NEVER put a collar around his throat. I do know that rule !!!
I will watch him carefully if this get's worse and "vet' him a.s.a.p. SO far so good. Thanks again.
