Congrats on getting your Yorkie, it's a good thing Feb only has 28 days, huh. I don't think you'll have any problems. Gracie was barely 2 lbs when we got her and Boo was 5 yrs old and 10 lbs. He was very gentle with her, even crouching down so that G could 'go for the jugular'
when 'killing' him in their play fights. More then protecting G, we had to protect Boo from being bullied by a rambunctious energetic puppy.
