I use to use this for various things and finally used up my bottle, and never replaced it. For example, if a pan has burned on stains you can boil 1-tablespoon cream of tartar and 1 tablespoon of salt in water and the pan cleans itself. I think I'll buy another bottle. By the way, for those that aren't familiar with it, it's sold in the spice section; I think you use it in meringues.
