OMG,
Did you see the amount of dogs they had and how they were crammed in those cages!! There were hundreds of them!! And legislation just passed that anyone with 25 or more dogs needs a Breeding License, So a mill with 20 dogs does not need to be licenced?? What the Heck!! I'm glad that the Government has stepped in, But, there is so much more that could do to help these poor dogs!! Tammy, I am so sorry what happened to you and your loss of little Ramsey!!
