I found some info on the antibiotic... If she stopped eating after you gave her the dose of antibiotic, the medicine may make her food taste funny. I know a lot of medicines do that to me, esp prescription cough meds and antibiotics. Some antibiotics you have to take on an empty stomach but most I think recommends you take with food. The Clavamox may be making her feel nauseous and that would cause her to not have an appetite. Maybe you could give her some of her treats and that would help if it's nausea. Just be careful what you give her; I read a Thread today about someone who gave their puppy table food and they got so sick they almost passed away.
I looked it up on PetPlace.com and it said that....
...... it's a combination of Amoxicillin and Clavulanate, which act together to treat or prevent bacterial infections in animals. It also said that some animals may vomit shortly after they take it and it may be helpful to feed her something before the medicine is give to decrease stomach irritation. Also said if vomiting after administration continues to occur, contact your veterinarian. It is common for animals to develop diarrhea or loose stools from oral amoxicillin, and the same reaction may occur with Clavamox. This is caused by a change in the bacterial population in the animal's intestine.
I hope this helps.
