he may have worms check his butt a couple times during the day when he does this and see if there is a rice size white thing. if you put it on something or can look at it long enough it will stretch in and out. they are easy to get rid of with a pill. also he may have poop still on his butt, you may need to make sure the hair is clipped around there.
