I am a member of a Yorkie group on meetup.com for Chicago.
The organizer is an owner of a dog boutique store in the Wicker Park area of Chicago called Spotland Yard
I believe she usually hold small dog playgroups on Sunday's at 2:00pm. I will have to check when the next one will be.
